Emaar beachfront is on the most frequently searched destinations on Google as per the report
this is because of the 2 main reasons
one the area is next to Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah
these two areas are the top destination for tourist. This is the Top 2 destination which is most frequented by the residents and tourist in the city
because of the beaches and the most famous hotels and the restaurants in the area.
Emaar Beachfront was launch by Emaar in 2018 January
the first offering was Beach Vista Tower 1 and Tower 2
the followed by the building in the name of Sunrise Bay. The area has some of the most spectacular views
and the openness of the Arabian Sea. One side has the spectacular views of Palm Jumeirah and the other side is the Marina Building views with Beach views
both of the sides have the breath-taking views. There are 24 building is Total with 3 buildings dedicated to hotels and rest are all service apartments. Grand Bleu building towers are designed by Elie Saab who is the Lebanese Designer known for its unique design and color choice.
Both side of the island Emaar has made the beach and the Yacht Parking for the super boats to be parked. Government of Dubai has made the Cruise terminal
with the passport control building for the ease of the passengers. This area is expecting to see a huge flow of the tenants and the owner who want to live into the scenic apartments
the numbers will go up in the near future as the new buildings will open up for rent and sell
plus the visitors coming from the cruise and wanted to spend their days on land rather than in the sea.
